Recommended logo size
For the best results, upload a logo that is:
A high-quality transparent PNG
At least 320 px high
A horizontal 2.5:1–3:1 ratio—approximately 800–960 px wide at 320 px high
Cropped closely, without unnecessary transparent space
Kept at its original proportions—do not stretch it
The earlier examples of 375 × 150 px and 450 × 150 px show the recommended proportions, but should be exported at higher resolution before uploading. Their 320 px-high equivalents are 800 × 320 px and 960 × 320 px.
💡 Tip: Horizontal logos usually appear larger and clearer. Wider logos take up more space than compact or square logos when displayed at the same height.
Why 320 px high?
The Pattern Cloud processes and stores the main logo at 320 px high. This keeps it sharp at every logo setting, including on Retina displays and at the largest storefront display size.
If your current logo looks blurry
If your logo was uploaded through the old admin or is an older low-resolution file, please upload the original high-resolution logo again from Website → Appearance. Enlarging an old 46 px-high image cannot restore the missing detail.
The previous 204 × 46 px, 46 px-high, and 150 px-high upload recommendations are obsolete for the new storefront.
