A design is live when customers can see it on your storefront and buy it. This guide shows you how a new design goes live, how to check which designs are live, and how to hide a design or put it back on sale.
How a new design goes live
New designs start in Uploads. When you prepare a design, its last step is Add Metadata. Click Make Live there and the design moves to your Stock, ready for customers. If the button is greyed out, the design is not ready yet: it needs a P1 and a P2 image, and at least one tag from the Section group.
Check which designs are live
At the top of the page, open Design Management and click Stock.
Click Table view (the button at the top right, next to Export CSV).
The status of each design is Visible when it is live, Hidden when customers can't see it, or Sold. In the card view, a hidden design has a grey band under its picture with a crossed-out eye.
Hide a design
Tick the box of the design. You can tick several designs at once.
In the bar at the bottom of the page, click Hide.
A message confirms it, and the status changes to Hidden. Customers can't see the design any more. Hiding a design also takes it out of customers' baskets and pinboards, and making it visible again doesn't put it back there.
Put a design back on sale
Under Design Visibility, choose Hidden to list only your hidden designs.
Tick the box of the design.
In the bar at the bottom of the page, click Make Visible.
A message confirms it: the design is live again. To see all your designs again, choose All visibility under Design Visibility.
