Your high-res file is the full-size file a customer gets when they buy a design. This guide shows you how to add it to a design, and how to download it yourself.
Add a high-res file to a design
Open Design Management, then Stock, and click your design.
At the top of the page, click High-Res Files.
Drag your file into Upload High-Resolution File, or click it to choose the file. You can use PSD, AI, TIF, TIFF, PDF, EPS or ZIP files.
When it has uploaded, it's listed under Uploaded Files.
Download or delete a high-res file
In the High-Res Files window, click the Download arrow to save a copy, or the Delete bin to remove it.
In Stock, a design with a high-res file also shows Download when you point at it.
Tip: add high-res files as you upload
When you upload your designs, give the PSD or TIF the same name as the JPEG (for example, design01.psd and design01.jpg), and it's added to the design for you.
