Step 1: Uploading Process
Step 1: Uploading Process
Access the Uploads Tab:
In the BACKEND of your website, click the Uploads tab. You will automatically use the New Method.
Select Files to Upload:
Drag and Drop: Drag your files into the upload area.
Or Click “Select File”: Choose the main image of your design (JPG/PNG).
Recommended Size: 850px x 1200px
JPG dimensions must not exceed 2,000 pixels on any side.
Optionally, upload your high-resolution file (PSD, AI, TIF) if available.
The high-resolution file initially appears as a separate thumbnail from the JPG; once the page refreshes, the thumbnails will merge.
The files will begin uploading. The most recently uploaded files will display at the top of the page.
Important
Wait until all files have finished uploading before refreshing or leaving the page.
Step 2: Mapping Your Design
Step 2: Mapping Your Design
Select the design you want to work on by simply clicking on it.
This will take you to the Product Images tab.
The first two options are the thumbnail (rectangle icon) and one product image (shirt icon).
Important
Make sure you have at least two images per design one thumbnail and one product image.
To map your design to a Product template
Note: to upload the product templates please read section 3.2 Uploading Product Templates
Choose the product image you’d like to display.
The design will automatically appear in the template, allowing you to adjust its scale and placement.
Click the button "Add to design" to finalize the mapping.
If you are happy with the mapped image, proceed to the Upload section.
Note: If you prefer not to map your design, you can upload a secondary image in this area.
Optional Attributes and Additional Information:
Repeat Tile: If needed, tick the option beneath the design image and click “Upload a Repeat Tile.”
Image Limit: You can create up to 10 images per design.
Custom Mockup Upload: you don’t need to use the product templates provided by the system. Instead, you can create your own mockup and upload it in JPEG format alongside the thumbnail in the same upload.
Step 3: Upload Section
Step 3: Upload Section
In this section you can either create a video of your swatch or upload additional JPGs (e.g. extra colorways or your own mockups)
To make a Video:
Check the "Make Video" box to create a video for your design. You can choose from two styles:
Style 1: A person presenting the swatch
Style 2: Swatch only
Once selected, the video will be added to the rendering queue and may take up to 24 hours to appear, depending on the number of ongoing renders. Once ready, the video will display as a thumbnail on the large design page of your website.
You can also choose not to upload a video or more file and just continue to the Add Tags sections.
