Activity Logs + Smarter Customer List 🚀

We’ve rolled out an exciting update that gives TPC users deeper visibility into customer activity, which is now accessible directly through the customer record.

Explore how this powerful tool can give you a clearer picture of your customer’s journey through the shop.

🎥 Watch: Activity Logs in Action

In this video, we walk you through the new Activity Logs feature in The Pattern Cloud. You’ll see how we now track up to 500 customer activities, including design views, logins, and more.

🔍 What’s New?

1. Activity Logs in Customer Records

You can now view detailed activity logs for each customer, right inside their profile. Currently, we log the following actions:

  • Daily Activity – a general record of platform use (limited to one entry per day)

  • Logged In

  • Design Print PDF Created

  • Added to Basket

  • Design Viewed

This visibility can help you make smarter decisions about outreach, support, and customer insights.

2. Updated Customer List with ‘Last Activity’

The customer list has also been upgraded. You’ll now see a new column called Last Activity, which automatically reflects the latest customer interaction.

⚠️ Note

The Last Sign In column will still be available during this transition period, but we expect to phase it out once the new tracking proves fully reliable.

✅ What This Means for You

This update is a game changer for TPC users that want better customer visibility without extra effort. You’ll be able to:

  • Quickly spot your most engaged users

  • See who’s recently active

  • Offer better support and targeting based on real-time usage

  • Easily track customer behavior patterns from one central place

🛠 Troubleshooting Tip

If the new update isn’t appearing for you, try clearing your browser cookies and refreshing the page. That should do the trick!
