You sign up for The Pattern Cloud on our sign-up page, after choosing a plan on our website. Every plan starts with a free trial, and you don't choose a password yet: we email you a link to set one as soon as your studio is ready. This guide walks you through the two steps of the sign-up form.
Check your plan
On the left of the sign-up page you'll see the plan you chose, for example TPC Collective, with its price a month plus VAT and what it includes.
To see the price in another currency, click GBP, EUR, USD or AUD.
The box under the price shows your 30-day free trial. Your card is charged on day 31.
Step 1: Business Info
Type your Registered Business Name. You can also add your Registered Business Number if you have one.
Type your First name, Last name and Email. You can also add a Phone number.
Type your Address, City and ZIP Code, then start typing your Country and choose it from the list.
If your business name or email is already registered with us, the form tells you straight away.
If you're in the United Kingdom, you'll be asked Are you UK VAT registered? Choose Yes and type your UK VAT Number, or choose No. In other countries you can add a VAT or tax ID if you have one.
You don't need a password here: as soon as your studio is ready, we email you a link to set one.
Tick the box to agree to the Terms & Conditions, and the box to confirm your designers.
If you have an Offer or discount code, type it in its box.
Click Next.
Step 2: Payment
The Payment step shows your terms, for example 30-day free trial. Nothing is charged today.
Enter your card details, or choose another way to pay.
Click Start free trial.
Your card details are processed securely by Stripe. To change your details or the currency, click Back to your details before you start your trial.
What happens next
You'll see Payment successful while we set up your studio. When it's ready, we email you a link to set your password. The next guide shows you how to start your free trial and set your password.
