When you sign up for your free trial, you don't choose a password on the sign-up form. Once your sign-up has gone through, we send you a welcome email with a link to choose your password. This guide shows you what to do with that email and how to sign in for the first time.
Your welcome email
The email is called Welcome to The Pattern Cloud - Your Studio is Ready! Under Your Studio Login Details you'll find your studio's name and the email address you sign in with.
Click Set Your Password.
If the button doesn't work, copy the link below it into your browser.
The link works once and expires in 72 hours. If it has expired, the page says Invalid reset link: click Request new reset link to get a new one by email.
Choose your password
The link opens a page called Reset your password.
Type a New password. It must be at least 6 characters long.
Type it again in Confirm new password.
Click Reset password.
You'll see Password updated!
Sign in for the first time
Click Continue to login.
Type your Email address and your new Password.
Click Sign in.
You're now on your studio's Dashboard. A good next step is to add your company details and logo.
