Reset your password

How to set a new password if you've forgotten yours.

If you've forgotten your password, you can set a new one from the login page. This guide shows you how.

Ask for a reset link

  1. On the login page, click Forgot your password?

  2. Type your email address and click Send reset link.

You'll see Check your email. We email you a link. If it hasn't arrived after a few minutes, check your spam folder.

Choose a new password

  1. Open the link in the email.

  2. Type your new password in New password, and again in Confirm new password. It needs at least 6 characters.

  3. Click Reset password.

You'll see Password reset successful. Click Continue to login and sign in with your new password.

If the link says Reset link expired, click Request new reset link and start again.
