Setting Up Territory Shipping
The Territory Shipping feature allows you to set different shipping prices for customers based on their location around the world β so a customer in Australia pays a different shipping rate than one in the US, for example.

Step 1: Access Design Management and Pricing
Begin by navigating to the Design Management section in your backend, then click on Pricing to access shipping options.
Step 2: Locate Territory Shipping
Look for the Territory Shipping label. This feature allows you to set different shipping prices for various territories around the world.
Step 3: Set Shipping Costs by Territory
Decide on the shipping cost for each territory and enter the values accordingly.
π‘ Example: Set a shipping cost of $100 for customers in Australia, and a different rate for customers in the US or Europe.
Step 4: Save Your Changes
After configuring your shipping prices for each territory, make sure to click Save so your changes take effect.
β οΈ Unsaved changes will be lost. Always click Save before leaving the page.
Step 5: Upload Designs with the Correct Swatch Type
When uploading a design, ensure the swatch type is set to either Paper or Fabric. This is required for territory shipping to apply correctly at checkout.
Once your swatch type is set, click Set Live to publish the design.
Step 6: Client Checkout
Your clients can now add the swatch to their basket and will be automatically charged the correct shipping price based on their territory β no manual calculation needed!
