All your prices live in one place: Settings > Prices. This guide shows you how to get there, how to change your licence prices, how to charge for posting swatches, and where to add discount codes.
Open your Prices page
You can also go straight there: open Design Management and click Pricing.
Four rows
Your Prices page has four rows: Discount codes, Shipping, Exclusive prices and Non-exclusive prices. Each row shows a short summary of what is set. Click a row to open it; only one row is open at a time.
Exclusive prices is where you set a base price and currency for each territory, by pricing tier. Tax and currencies are on Getting paid.
Change your licence prices
Open Non-exclusive prices. For each currency, you set three licences: Exclusive (a buy-out licence, not the exclusive price per territory), Non Exclusive and Extended Non Exclusive.
Click in the price you want to change and type the new amount (0 or more, with at most 2 decimals).
Click Save changes at the bottom of the page. You'll see Prices saved.
Changed your mind? Click Discard instead, and the prices go back to what was saved.
Charge for swatch shipping
If you send swatches by post, open Shipping and switch on Enable Exclusive Shipping. Then:
Check the Shipping Fee Label: customers see it during checkout (for example, Shipping Charge).
Under Exclusive Shipping Costs, enter a cost for each territory, or 0 for free postage. Each territory uses its own currency.
A territory with no cost is not offered swatch shipping. This row saves your changes as you make them, so there is no Save button.
Add a discount code
Next to Discount codes, click Add code.
Enter a Discount Code (for example, SUMMER2024) and a Discount Amount (%). A start and expiry date are optional.
Click Create.
Your codes are listed under Discount codes, where you can also delete one.
