Your company name and logo help customers recognise your studio. This guide shows you where to type your company details, which logos you can add and what sizes they take, and how to save.
Open the Appearance tab
In the menu at the top of the page, click Configuration and choose Website.
Website Settings opens on the Appearance tab.
Your company details
Under Appearance Settings:
Type your Company Name.
Type your Email From Address.
For now, emails are sent from thepatterncloud.com, with replies directed to your studio email. To send emails from your own address, set up a custom email domain on the Domain tab, under Email Domain.
Your logos
Under Studio Logos there is a box for each logo. Click Browse in the box, or drag your file onto it. Each logo is saved as soon as it has uploaded.
Main Logo: at least 320px high, ideally a transparent PNG. PNG, JPEG or GIF, up to 10MB.
Watermark Logo: 652 x 150px. It is stamped on design images in pinboard PDF exports. PNG, JPEG or GIF, up to 10MB.
Browser Tab Icon (Favicon): 64 × 64px. It appears in the browser tab on your storefront's pages. PNG, JPEG or WEBP, up to 10MB.
To change a logo later, click Replace next to it.
Save your details
Click Save Changes at the top right of the page.
A message, Settings updated successfully, confirms it.
